Because we care
We don’t just supply carpet — we sell TRUST. We go to every feasible means to bring satisfaction to our customers through consistent quality and environment-friendly initiatives.
Raw Materials, Vetted the Hard Way
We source quality raw materials and spend years developing products and relationships with suppliers to make sure we get the right quality.
Material selection isn’t paperwork. It’s site visits, lab tests, and repeat trials until the yarn behaves exactly as our designers expect under real-world conditions.
Blend & Durability Profile
Typical Axminster/contract blend used: 80% virgin New Zealand wool for resilience and feel; 20% nylon for abrasion resistance.
Tuft by Tuft, Then Tested Again
Visual tuft inspection
Every piece of tufted carpet is inspected to see if any tufts are missing. A single-needle tufting gun places yarn precisely where needed.
Dimensional & pile checks
We verify the width is within tolerance and confirm tuft height is correct. Pile mass per unit area is measured to ensure density and hand feel.
Backing strength & delamination
Primary backing strength is tension-tested before and after tufting. Secondary backing delamination strength is validated to exceed spec.
